lend a helping hand.
The reason for why it befell
It is to be found under a particular set of conditions when the server is in lack of skills to
bring the request to fruition.
This may be, for example, because the consumer asked for the 800th-900th bytes of
a annal, but the record of the item is only 200 bytes long and not any of the rangespecifier
values in this field overlaps the current size of the selected resource.
